Graphite Based Water Miscible Hot Forging Lubricant

ESPON-DLW hot forging lubricant is graphite based and water miscible. It is used as lubricant for hot forging dies. ESPON-DLW is used by spraying or manual application. Continuous stirring system with pressure feed tank is preferred. ESPON-DLW graphiteless, water soluble hot forging lubricant is found useful for shallow cavity dies in hammer and press forging.
